An OST file is formed only when a user’s Exchange email account is configured by any edition of Microsoft Outlook, and cached Exchange mode is enable, or the user configures any third party email client account with IMAP in Outlook 20. As we all know, the OST file is an Offline data file of Outlook and the PST file is kept personal folder on the local machine. Now we are going to discuss the different between OST files and PST files. An OST file is an Outlook data file stands for Offline Storage Table file, and the PST file is a Personal Storage Table file. But before getting into migration, a user must have familiarity about OST files and PST files. For that reason, a user must have awareness about the best and accurate OST to PST software and its benefits or functions.
